Each individual may maintain only one bp77 account. Multiple or duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited.
By creating an account, you accept these Terms in full. Continued use constitutes ongoing acceptance.

By registering an Account with bp77, accessing our website, or using any of our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must not create an Account or use our Services.
Your continued use of bp77 following any modification to these Terms constitutes acceptance of such modifications. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates.
Important: This is a legally binding contract. By using bp77, you waive certain legal rights, including the right to sue in court or participate in class-action lawsuits. Please read this Agreement carefully.
To register and use bp77 Services, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:
bp77 reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, and residency at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in Account suspension and forfeiture of Funds.
Age Verification: bp77 employs strict age and identity verification procedures. Users found to be under 21 years of age will have their Accounts immediately terminated and all Funds forfeited without exception.
To use bp77 Services, you must create an Account by providing accurate and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, telephone number, and residential address. All information must match your official identification documents.
You may maintain only one (1) Account with bp77. Creating multiple Accounts, or attempting to circumvent Account restrictions, is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of all Accounts and forfeiture of all Funds.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials (username and password). You must not share your Account details with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account is your sole responsibility, regardless of whether it was authorized by you.
If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must immediately notify bp77 customer support at [email protected].
bp77 is required to verify the identity of all users in accordance with anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) regulations. You may be required to submit the following documents for verification:
Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is complete. bp77 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time.
bp77 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All deposits are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed at the time of transaction. Deposits are generally credited instantly, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method and banking institution.
You may only deposit Funds from a payment source registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be reversed.
You may request a withdrawal of your available balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:
bp77 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing large withdrawals. Withdrawal fees, if any, will be clearly disclosed before you confirm the transaction.
Initiating a chargeback, payment reversal, or dispute through your bank or payment provider without first contacting bp77 customer support is strictly prohibited. Any such action will result in immediate Account suspension and may be treated as fraudulent activity.
bp77 may offer bonuses, promotions, and rewards to users from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates.
You must read and understand the terms of each bonus before accepting it. Bonus terms are published on the bp77 website and are considered part of this Agreement. Failure to comply with bonus terms may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
bp77 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses, arbitrage betting, or any form of systematic exploitation, will result in immediate Account termination and forfeiture of all Funds.
Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement (typically 10x–30x the bonus amount) that must be met before withdrawal. Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are satisfied.
All bets placed on bp77 are governed by the specific rules of the game or sport in question. It is your responsibility to understand the rules before placing a wager. bp77 is not liable for any losses resulting from your misunderstanding of the rules.
Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or reversed unless explicitly permitted by the game rules or in cases of obvious error by bp77.
All sports bets are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., FIFA for international football, BRI Liga 1 for Indonesian league football). If an event is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled, bets will be voided and stakes refunded unless otherwise stated in the specific sport's rules.
bp77 reserves the right to void any bet placed after an event has started, or any bet suspected of being placed with prior knowledge of the outcome.
Live casino games are conducted by professional dealers and streamed in real time. All outcomes are based on physical gameplay (cards, wheels, dice). Slot games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology audited by independent testing agencies.
In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during gameplay, bp77 will take reasonable steps to restore the game or refund your stake, depending on the circumstances.
Togel bets are settled based on the official draw results published by the relevant lottery authority (e.g., Singapore Pools for Togel SGP, Hong Kong Jockey Club for Togel HK). bp77 is not responsible for delays or errors in third-party draw results.

Any attempt to manipulate, exploit, or interfere with the operation of any game, including but not limited to hacking, bot usage, collusion, or abuse of software vulnerabilities, is strictly prohibited. Violators will have their Accounts permanently banned and all Funds forfeited.
bp77 employs sophisticated fraud detection systems to monitor betting patterns, gameplay behavior, and Account activity. Suspicious activity will be investigated, and bp77 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account pending the outcome of an investigation.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on bp77:
Violation of any of these prohibitions will result in immediate Account termination and may be reported to relevant authorities.
bp77 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:
If your Account is suspended pending investigation, you will not be able to place bets or withdraw Funds until the investigation is complete. If your Account is terminated, any remaining Funds will be returned to you after deduction of any amounts owed to bp77, unless the termination was due to fraudulent activity, in which case all Funds may be forfeited.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Any outstanding wagers must be settled before Account closure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, bp77 and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to:
bp77's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited into your Account in the six (6) months preceding the claim.

If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, you agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration under the rules of the Indonesian National Board of Arbitration (BANI). The arbitration shall be conducted in Jakarta, Indonesia, and the language of arbitration shall be English or Bahasa Indonesia, as mutually agreed.
You waive your right to participate in class-action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against bp77.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bp77 operates under international gaming licenses. To the extent permitted by law, any legal action or proceeding arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jakarta, Indonesia.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
bp77 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
Continued use of bp77 Services following any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must discontinue use of the platform and close your Account.
